Interview with deadama aka the deadly the North man !!![Preview_ende]FORE NAME* Robin DATE OF BIRTH* 911012 HOMETOWN* Gothenburg NATIONALITY* Sweden GENDER* Male Employement/Education I study computer engineering at Uni. BNET NICK (NAME.CODE) Deadama.786 PLAYED RACE Terran E-MAIL SKYPE* Robin.s.karlsson@gmail.com •Why did you decide to join myR? MyR came with a good offer and good practice partners, and i felt like I had the time to join a team now because i have no school for a few months. •How long have you played ? (RTS and Sc2) I played BW on iccup for about 2 years and reached B/B+. .Have you played the same race from the begining? Since I was zerg in BW, I started out playing zerg in the beta as well, but I felt that the race was very boring and almost no fun units, especially the lack of mutamicro in sc2 turned me off and I really missed the lurker and scourge so i basically stopped playing. When the game actually came out, I played the campain and ladder, but it felt just as boring as before. In early 2011 I watched some korean terran stream on tl.net and it looked fun as hell so i started playing again, but this time as terran. •What did you already achieved? I haven’t achieved much because of Uni and not having time to play many tournaments. What are your Goals? I’m going to get as good as possible and start putting down alot more time to starcraft. Next season I’m aiming for high gm. •What are your goals for the short, medium and long term for starcraft 2? I don’t really have any longterm plans for starcraft 2, but ever since I started playing this game, my goal has always been to improve and become better. Now that I’ve joined a serious team, I’m going to prioritize SC2 higher and spend alot more time on it. I’m aiming for at least an average of 5 hours/day. •How often do you train? (Hours per day or weeks) That really depends. Up until recently I’ve not played more than a few games per day on average, but since I joined myR, I‘ve started practicing more seriously and average around 3 hours practice/day. •What is your preffered training method? (Ladder, Cups, Practice matches etc.) I prefer to play practice games, but ladder can be a good way to judge your overall skill and detect holes in your play. |
